Shipping

Kello aims to process orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to the email that you registered at checkout.

Please note that shipping is currently exclusive to and around Australia only.

Refund and Returns

We will accept returns and/or exchanges provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase and if the product is unused and returned to us in its original packaging. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorisation Number. 

We recommend that products are returned via registered post as Kello cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit. This policy does not apply to goods that have been used or damaged after delivery.
